Linda established a groundbreaking partnership between Guinness and Women in Construction and has championed diversity in the housing and construction sectors throughout her career.
Alasdair Hadden-Paton BFP ACA, Chair
Alasdair has 35 years experience in the luxury goods, hotel, property investment and venture capital sectors. As a chartered accountant, Alasdair has held several finance directorships across various industries. Alasdair is vice chairman of the charity the Starlight Children's Foundation.

Blake Bennison, Senior Consultant
Blake has 10 years of property experience in both the public and private sector. Prior to joining Creating8 Places, Blake has consulted for a number of large RP’s including the Guinness Partnership, Hyde Sage and L&Q, with a focus on land acquisitions and managing troubled projects.
Blake has also worked for Meadow Residential and Hadley Property Group where he was responsible for the purchase of land and sites which have delivered over 1000 homes.
Carli Harper-Penman, Strategic Communications Adviser
Carli is our retained strategy and communications adviser. She runs the purpose-led strategy and communications agency Awe & Sonder. A housing expert, she has spent in the sector helping businesses become more operationally effective, grow and be heard by policy makers.
Carli is a non-executive director for two housing associations, and a sitting local authority councillor. She has previously chaired Strategy Development and Planning Committee for a London local authority.
Nathan Flax, Senior Consultant
Nathan has 15 years of property experience in development and regeneration both in the private and affordable housing sectors.
Prior to joining Creating8 Places, Nathan worked at some of the largest housebuilders and RPs in the UK including Redrow, Hill Group, Wates, Peabody, L&Q, Guinness and Notting Hill Genesis. He focuses on land, planning, project management, disposals and finance. He has acquired over £700 million of land opportunities which have delivered over 2500 homes.
